Also dont add anything if PR is &gt;6

Google haven&#039;t banned anything, and even some sites gave accurate predictions, but only some.The problem is, these prediction algorithms are always boosting the ranks of a page, that is because they just concentrate on the age factor and they manipulate stuff. 
Say suppose a site is there for 2 yrs and of PR 4,almost all predictions says the future PR is 5, but what if the site has cultivated low PR links or some redesign, that is not taken into account. This is why most of the PR predictions fails. If they work on it, they can be alive.
They are getting disappeared due to FAILURE in MARKET</description>
