Its not just the case with IndiaPlaza.. its the same with Sify Mall… the worst customer care experience I ever had in my entire life!!

I have been doing online shopping the day I reached UK… I have spent 1000’s of pounds.. and the support I have been amazing… specially that of Play.com and Amazon UK are splendid!

But Sify.. was total crap. I ordered a gift voucher… for $50 and I was charged the same day… and the shipping information read.. it would be delivered in 2-3 days..I waited 5.. days.. 1 week and 10 days.. no clue of them to deliver.. after all it was a gift voucher..!!

When I tried contacting them over phone… they kept changing department.. and there was this GENIUS who said.. its OUT OF STOCK!!!

ROFL! Why the hell they never contacted me to inform OUT OF STOCK all these 10 days???? The informed only when I called from UK to India over the phone!!!

I canceled the order right away and the guy confirmed me that order will be canceled in 24 hours..!! I was waiting so many days.. no sign of money coming back.. so I chatted with customer support and he confirmed order was canceled and I would get my money back.

After 15 days.. I get a call from my Parents asking if I had sent them any gift voucher or something.. I was surprised.. and then I learn this sh*t Sify Mall had shipped my item even though I canceled my order … !!

No sign of them returning their money.. I didn’t want to waste time talking to their crap customer service who doesn’t have a clue of what I talk.. no wonder most of brits hate Indian Customer Service as most of their support and call center are out sourced to India.

No focus on query and no care for customers.. I learnt one thing for sure.. no matter how big the brands are (Sify!!).. the customer service and shopping experience is SHIT!

India has a long way to see Shopping service like Amazon.. !! Stay away from any online shopping from India.. worst.. and certainly.. don’t deal with Sify… worst! I am so sad to say this.. but 15 days of my time was total waste… spent so much to just contact them over phone!
