Hi Varun,
I landed here, while I was commenting on this article (http://www.oreillynet.com/ruby/blog/2007/09/7_reasons_i_switched_back_to_p_1.html#comment-1866389).
I was happy going through the comments of the post, rather than his article(it was kind of joke).
Not only in this article, over all guys are tending to compare language(PHP) with frameworks(Rails).
They fail to plan the approach and blame on languages.
No matter whether they recruit toppers or industry best… but the approach makes the project best/flop.

Any ways, I already commented there and I don’t want people to get misguided, from your post.
