i was offered a chance to run a contest on one of my blogs

it was a 5 day deal and the winners were picked in a fair manner based on a bunch of factors.

now one dude keeps manually commenting again and again claiming he should have been the winner although he was not. i made the mistake of approving his first comment or may be hes spammed b4 .. wordpress was fked up and letting his comments thru even though i had spam karma running and had moderation enabled. this was just the beginning .. this dude has been on a spamming spree under diffwrent email ids and IP addrs so cant block him easily .. i took down all of his comments after users requested me ..

the silence lasted for a couple of hrs and our man is back spamming..
has anyone dealth with such a situation on ur blog/site ?
any ways to take action against him ?

I have been spammed so much recently via sms and email from Kalyan Manyam , the dude behind indyarocks who claim to be a top social networking site

I don’t even remember signing up on their site . But may be i did some 2years back

There’s no option to unsubscribe from their newsletters and sms.

Sites like these cause so much bad reputation to brand India .

IM currently comparing aweber , mailchimp , madmimi and my own email server to send out over 20,000 emails for a weekly newsletter

Well twitter and other personal stuff forced me not to blog here

Now IM so bored that I might start blogging again.

After SearchCamp.in, the Facebook Developer Garage is all set to happen in Chennai.

Well its the first Facebook Developer Garage to happen in the city.

TKF or Knowledge Foundation in which organizes all the great events in the city including searchcamp, blogcamp, wikicamp and momo is organizing this workshop along with Social Media

I have got my hands on the first google android phone the g1

I m indeed surprised at this move by google to launch a browser product ..

Google Chrome was released a few hours back for download ..

Google did it first with gtalk, reinvented IM. some people felt it lacked a lot of stuff . but for me gtalk is my primary IM now .. its just simple and clutter free..

Now Google is doing the same thing with Chrome. The main idea behind the product is to simplify Web Browsing and they have done a great job .. the initial version of the product looks impressive ..

I m a Web Developer and I was impressed when I saw that development tools came bundled . Also there’s a fancy task manager which I have not seen in any browser so far.
