After SearchCamp.in, the Facebook Developer Garage is all set to happen in Chennai.

Well its the first Facebook Developer Garage to happen in the city.

TKF or Knowledge Foundation in which organizes all the great events in the city including searchcamp, blogcamp, wikicamp and momo is organizing this workshop along with Social Media

I never withdraw cash in non icici atms. But the other day when I had to buy some medicines , the shopkeeper din accept a debit card. So I went to the nearby SBI ATM. I withdrew 400 rupees but my ICICI bank ac has 467 rupees missing.

ICICI tells me tat they charge a small fee to withdraw cash from other ATM.

67 bucks for 400 bucks is day light robbery .. what do u think ?

Last nite when I had to return from my office by the public transport , I was shocked to see the bus conductor pull out a thermal printer out of his bag.

He asked for my destination and gave me a printed ticket see poor quality pic below

Driving a bike is certainly fun but definitely not anymore in Chennai.

• You might be knocked of by a share-auto guy or auto guy when your cruising in a busy main road.
• Buses expect you to take to the pavements when they are speeding
• You have to listen to the curse of the Pedestrians when you are forced to bump into the pavement.
• Be prepared to get loads of Respiratory ailments including allergy , asthma, bronchitis when you inhale the heaps of dust.
• Funny Fact : Seems like CTS operates more buses in the City compared to the Madras Transport Corporation

Aside : Driving a Car is not any better but at least Healthier

NDTV wanted to do a feature on Mobile Blogging.So they contacted me through Kiruba.

The reporter and the crew came to my place on Wednesday evening after I was back from work.

I spoke about Mobile Blogging , MoMo Chennai and other related stuff.

Really excited about it

All Mobile Freaks are headed towards Chennai on May 6th.

Reason ? MoMo Chennai is going to take place on that day.

Our intention is to bring the event to Chennai as a lot of Mobile activity is happening here.

We plan to conduct this event in a quarterly basis and probably if things go fine turn it into a monthly event.

The wait is finally over. The folks at TKF and I have set the date for the launch of MoMo (Mobile Monday) in Chennai.

The event will be of 3-4 hours duration on April 22nd – Sunday.

It will comprise of talks on tech and non tech topics and a whole bunch of mobile product demos.
